Well, I had to hurry back from that family Christmas party because I forgot to do this earlier before I left - and I didn't want to miss a day, especially the last day in the whole Christmas Theme we've been having this week.

Besides, the party could've gone on for hours more, but I was pretty much done with it, you know. They're family - that should be enough explanation ;)

Anyway, to finish off our Christmas week, I've got two pics for you, and they're both young!Sam and young!Dean this time. Yeah, we're going back to the little flashback scenes of episode 3.08: "A Very Supernatural Christmas" for today's choices:

Alright. I've had a great Christmas Day, and I really hope you all have too. Thanks for all of the Christmas wishes, both here and everywhere else on the internet you may have sent 'em (Twitter, Facebook, wherever). I appreciate them all!

I don't have much to detail here right now - I'm keeping up with a trivia deal over on Twitter right now - so I'll just go ahead and give you all the two pics that I've chosen for this nice holiday day, and let it all go at that :)

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it, and I hope the rest of you have been enjoying the holidays as much as possible. I've been fairly absentee lately, busy getting Christmas ready on a solo basis, but I've tried to keep up on everyone's journals when I can and am thinking good thoughts for you all.

I had this vague fantasy of writing several Yuletide Madness stories, in case I got permission to post them, but despite my best efforts I got only one of them written. The others just would not budge (*kicks non-existent Big Eden muse in the butt*)—which is kind of the story of my year, when you think about it.

Love and cookies to all, and I'll be in and out over the next week as we head up north to Oregon tomorrow. ♥ ♥ ♥

My sister and her husband. She got him a PS3. He got her a Wii.

My brain insists that this should be some kind of Gift of the Magi thing, though logically I am aware that they probably discussed it beforehand and this is what they wanted.

There was much technological giving in my family this year. I gave dickensgirl my old netbook. M&D gave Middle Bro a laptop. (Ostensibly for college.) I and Little Bro both gave Dad RTS video games for the PC. M gave D a new monitor. I got the family Mario Kart and a battery recharge kit for the Wii. Little Bro gave Little Sisters a DS game. He gave Middle Bro an Xbox game, and both M and me movies. (He got the Transformers sequel for me. I feel kinda bad that I actually have little to no interest in it. At least he has me well-pegged as a ginormous geek. Good for him. ::ruffles his hair::) And D and I both gave M music CDs, ones we specifically knew she wanted. And there were Xbox Live points for Biggest Bro.

There were also plenty of books, puzzles, and craft projects handed out, as well as Colts knitted caps and Snuggies. (I LOVE MINE SO MUCH OH I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.)

And tomorrow we drive to Illinois and do s'more Christmas stuff with that part of the family. I REALLY want to finish this story I'm working on and post it for you guys before we leave. So yeah, I should not be writing random LJ entries. :P

Alright. So, it's Christmas Eve, and everything has been done over at my house. The gifts have been wrapped. The cookies have been made.

And I watched the repeat of Supernatural that was on tonight, too.

Now, it's just time to give today's pic - and then I'll go back to trying to write my Sirius/Hermione Christmas story (of course, that's been VERY difficult, since my muse has been MIA for over a year).

So, if anyone happens to see my muse - please order her to come back this way. I really need her to help this story along :)
